Tuesday
The Minister for Social Services and Public Health will be making a statement on the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act - one year on (45 mins).
The Government have tabled a motion to suspend Standing Orders in order to add a 90 minute debate on the Implications for Wales of leaving the European Union on Tuesday. The Llywydd informed Business Managers that any amendments should be tabled by 1pm, to allow time for them to be published and added to the Agenda before the debate starts.
The debate on Tackling Fuel Poverty through the Warm Homes Programme (60 mins) has been withdrawn.
At
the start of the meeting, the Llywydd will be paying tribute to
Claire Clancy, the Clerk and Chief Executive, who is retiring at
the end of the week. Party Leaders will then be called in turn, to
speak for up to a minute, followed by Dafydd Elis-Thomas as former
Llywydd.
Plenary is unlikely to run past 7.05pm.

Business Committee noted the 3 Week Timetable of Government Business.
In anticipation of the Assembly agreeing to the Standing Orders changes this week, Topical Questions have been added to the Three Week Timetable of Assembly Business for 20 minutes each week, from the beginning of next term.
Business Committee determined the organisation of Assembly business and agreed to schedule the following items of business:
Wednesday 17 May 2017 –
· Debate on a Members’ Legislative Proposal (30 mins)
· Time allocated to Plaid Cymru (60 mins)
· Time allocated to the Welsh Conservatives (120 mins)
Business Managers considered and agreed a revised version of the Principles and Practice for Tabling and Laying Assembly Business guidance to take into account the introduction of new procedures in recent months, including the most recent change to Emergency and Topical Questions.
Business Managers also agreed for the document to be made publicly available on the Assembly Guidance section of the website and to notify Members of the changes before Easter recess.
The Committee agreed the proposed tabling arrangements during the Easter recess period.
Business Managers agreed a request by the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee to meet outside its usual Monday afternoon slot, on the mornings of Monday 8 and 15 May.
Business Managers confirmed recess dates for autumn half term and Christmas recess 2017 and agreed provisional recess dates for spring half term and Easter recess 2018.
